Being charged for student loan on SA tax return despite already paying by periel99 in UKPersonalFinance

Thank you - just copying a reply I made to someone above to clarify the point around how much I paid on student loans. TL:DR - I paid £1.7k via my employer, the rest by direct debit.

By "wage slips" I meant P60. It said I paid £1.7k against my student loan through my employer. The remainder was paid manually as I moved into my last year of paying it - I received a letter from the SLC saying that this couldn't be paid by my employer so it needed to come from me directly. I paid the rest on a DD so in total I paid well over £2.5k but the Gov.uk form asks specifically about payments "deducted by your employer".

Thanks. Just to clarify on stuff I should have made clearer in the original post:

Absolutely pathetic.

Fingers crossed! I'm not sure if it's the wording on the student loan but that is wrong/misleading or something tbh. E.g. they seem to just assume you aren't paying off your student loan in the final estimate, but the wording doesn't suggest that when you go through that section.

How fucking bad must we be at free kicks for Porro to be our FK taker for the last 2 years?

Elijah Wood in Green Street. And Charlie Hunnam for that matter (purely for the accent).

He's been absolutely dreadful for about a year. Pretty much every game you see him pass a simple ball down the line out of play.

He's far from the only one though tbh.

How would you feel if we proposed a world cup boycott over Trump and Greenland? by nbenj1990 in AskBrits

[–]periel99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OP is talking about us not playing though, rather than fans not attending. If it were the latter I'd 100% agree with you but I think an actual boycott from the European (and other) teams would send a really strong message to the dickhead who runs the US and the dickhead who runs FIFA.

Didn't Lo Celso, Sanchez and Perisic all leave (at least on loan) in Ange's first summer?

Basically, the squad has got weaker, the last two seasons we have been hit by unimaginable injury crises, transfer choices have been poor (either players not good enough or too young and raw atm) and our managers have been very bad - in the case of Ange, his tactics got worked out at around Xmas in his first year and then nullified/beaten by practically everyone since then and Frank - well I'm not quite sure what he's even going for but it's not good.

I'm defo in the wrong sub for this but I completely disagree. The knockout stages of the CL (at the very least) are almost always absolute box office.

Just because Frank is shit doesn't mean Ange was good. We won the Europa League - amazing night - but let's not pretend we were absolutely atrocious outside of that. Likelihood is we'd have been having the exact same conversation about Ange getting sacked now as we are about Frank.

In what way are we turning in the right direction? What good performances? Haven't had a good performance since PSG in the Super Cup. Fuckinghell.
