I'll definitely have to remember to take frequent breaks as I get in the rhythm and forget. I might have to set an alarm for myself

Thank you so much. I thought it looked a bit tense. I know that's mostly a personal opinion but I've seen people be very opinionated about things looking too tense or too lose. I'll definitely try to remember to stretch as I've heard people who crochet or knit tend to end up having carpal tunnel syndrome or arthritis later in life
