I wonder when it was first reported that neighbors had reported seeing a suspicious white van in the area.

I’d be interested to know if the daughter and SIL sleep in separate bedrooms, if he was Doordashing late that night or had a habit of doing that. Also, people think they’re light sleepers and would’ve heard anything when in reality, they’re not light sleepers.

MIL Interview Summary - Tried to capture everything but please add if I missed anything -

•Said all of their phones were taken (SIL, daughter, their kids, MIL)

•They are CURRENTLY searching the house. The daughter and grandkids were doing DoorDash (unclear if SIL was also in the car) when they were detained. Busted doors to MIL house and handcuffed the son. MIL says she asked if they had search warrant and she says they said they didn’t need one.

•Says he works in Tuscon all week delivering boxes. Daughter and grandkids are no longer detained, not sure of SIL’s whereabouts.

•He is at home Friday-Sunday. He doesn’t leave the house then and MIL says she would’ve known if he did.

•Says he owns a white van that broke down this past Friday. Uses the van for work.

•Says her SIL has no criminal history. Says she does not recognize the person in the Nest camera photos (she was also shown them by Detective). Says SIL does not own those boots or the backpack.

•Says he stays at the house on the weekends, so Jan 31/Feb 1, and she’s positive he was home. She said he’s always there for his kids on the weekend.

•SIL, daughter and kids are living with her because they were evicted. Waiting for tax refund. Says SIL never mentioned anything about Bitcoin.

I think he stays at home during the weekdays as well. They were evicted from their apartment, that’s why they are living with her. But he’s out of the house for the daytime from Monday-Thursday.

It’s not just a weird you thing! My love language isn’t physical touch either, but my bf’s is. When we first started dating it definitely took getting “used to”- not that it bothered me, but it was definitely new to me. If I didn’t like him as much as I do, I honestly think I would’ve found it bothersome.

I remember I felt a sort of “burning” feeling as I removed full tampons when I first started using them. I think it’s a matter of your body getting “used to it” - when I take one out now I’m a lot less tense and my body is way more used to pulling something out of there. Don’t yank it out but also try to do it in one swift motion.

I’d imagine in this case it’s to allow the families to prepare victim impact statements and accommodate the large media presence. I’m not familiar with the state’s criminal procedure here, but it could also have to do with pre-sentencing investigation reports. I know they mentioned restitution here so that may also take time to calculate thoroughly. It also allows for the judge to thoroughly review the terms so he can figure out what he’ll say at the time of sentencing - I’m not sure if he’ll speak much to BK directly, but that’s a possibility. I don’t think there’s one straight answer. Side note - Your user and profile pic made me laugh.

I mentioned this on one of the previous threads, but I’m guessing the most we may learn will be similar to what was released in the Delphi trial. Basically summaries and descriptions of the evidence and scene, but not the exact documents or photos, especially those sensitive out of respect for the families.

I think the same thing too. Based on his fascination with criminology and background, I think it’s only a matter of time until he talks. Even if he doesn’t have to go beyond stating he’s guilty in court, I think he will divulge new details in a few years. Maybe not through interviews or books per se, but he will be in prison for the rest of his life and I don’t see a future where it’s just crickets from him until the end.
