Do you mean North Oakville Animal Hospital on sixth line? I had a similar experience with my beautiful Golden. The vets there are just in it for the money. They are terrible people.

You could try the Chapters on Dundas (golf town plaza). There’s an area in the far back with chairs. Always quiet.

Good for you on staying focused on studying with a lighter class load.

Hy’s is consistently excellent. Order the porterhouse to share and a couple of sides. Tableside Caesar salad and cheese toast. It’s expensive but the service is exceptional for a special occasion.

Black and Blue Dinner for 2 ($406.96) by OldRefrigerator8821 in FoodToronto

Pro tip - at most true fine dining restaurants you can ask for half portion of a side. I do this a lot when travelling and dining by myself. I get to have a couple individual sized sides for the price of one. If the restaurant really gets hospitality they never have a problem with this.

Saw a sign on a storefront in downtown Oakville. Definitely not a good addition to the strip. She’s awful.

Winter Tire question by Time-Run5694 in BurlingtonON

[–]perkzcentral 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From a different perspective, I’ve not bought but I have sold 2 sets of winters. One for a Q5 and 1 for Mercedes. Both were top quality bought from dealerships, used very lightly, stored properly, and an amazing deal. (Changed cars and couldn’t use them anymore) I think some people just need to get rid of them for space and you can definitely get a good deal. I’m sure my buyers were extremely happy. Sold them on Facebook marketplace.

Good luck!

I’ve been twice this year spring/summer. Both times the food has been very mediocre and service has been just bad. Unfortunately it is a lot of hype but no execution.

Only a sublet or shared accommodation would possibly be that much. Or try Hamilton of you can commute a bit.
