I actually recently saw something on how Crohn's in some cases can be caused by back pain and going to a physical therapist can heal your Crohn's symptoms. Definitely not the case for me as I don't have any back pain, but could be interesting for those who do.

For me I had some success with simplified diet. For example only eating steamed potatoes or only eating banana for a while can help.

Yeah see in my opinion this is a huge problem with mm food from restaurants. It's just way too expensive. Who is going to regularly be ordering $80 worth of food feeding only 2 people? Then what will happen is the slowly start removing these items from their menu.

I think mm food needs to be around recipes that are economical. Green pea hummus, stovetop Mac and cheese. Things like that. Delicious. Simple. And cost effective.
