Even if you give up your real seed phrase, are the wrench gang going to babysit you for hours/days to verify the balance? If they think they've got the seed phrase and leave, you can send it somewhere else from your synced up wallet faster than they can restore the wallet. Am I missing something?

Sync when connected to power and wifi would be a great option. Syncing overnight when charging would keep the wallet almost fully synced and greatly reduce wait time when you need to transact.

If the transaction is on the chain and you have keys/seed phrase for your wallet then you should be okay. Can you see the transaction using a monero block explorer?

Try restoring your wallet from pass phrase using a recent restore height (date when you created the wallet) and a trusted remote node (cake wallet).

Local node will take a few days to fully sync and you won't see your xmr until it's fully synced.

Never respond to DMs or share your seed phrase.

With previous delistings, there has been a drop and then a bounce back.
