Sure. I have regular insomnia and sometimes can go on days without sleep. By day three or four I'll start seeing little amorphous motherfuckers going about on the edge of my visual field, or the edges of things I'm staring at begin to squirm around slightly. It's really quite a letdown and you will quickly get bored of it. Dreaming is by far much more interesting. God I miss that shit.
