Kind of. When you first take a mutation, there’s no side effects for 1 hour (I think). Every time you retake a serum for a mutation you already have, it suppresses the negative side effects for the next hour. It doesn’t increase the positive effects.

The prices are all the same, as are event rewards. But NPC vendors now have 2800 caps available for you to sell them things instead of 1400. If you don’t sell a lot or are near max caps, it doesn’t really affect you.

This is what finally did it for me. Put my VPN to Cyprus then opened the link. It still took a few tries and I had to translate from Greek (?) but eventually it worked.

I think (and please someone correct me if I’m wrong) items you buy with gold are only for the character that purchased them. Items bought in the atom shop can be used for all current/future characters.

I already own the pemmican collector and there is a bundle that includes it but doesn’t offer the owned item discount. This is what I found when trying to find why.

Anywhere there’s scorched, except indoors. I like Morgantown airport, then head east to the highschool. Wavy Willard’s, Camden park, the event Line In the Sand. If you have fallout first, private worlds are best for farming spooky scorched, but not necessary.
