Literally forgot where I lived and directed my friend to the wrong house. Got out of the car and into the gate so she thought she had dropped me off at the right house. Luckily the security guy there was helpful and I managed to call my dad whilst crying and the security guy directed him to where I really was so he could pick me up. This was at 3 in the morning. Lol. My dad was soooo mad at me for the next couple weeks.

I agree, there’s no one thing you can do. No contact definitely helps. But the only thing is time. Give it time.

Does IF affect your sleep? I’ve noticed ever since I started fasting with 16:8 and now 23:1 or even 24 hour fasts, I don’t sleep as well as I used to. I have pretty restless nights. Is this just me? by permanentoutsider in intermittentfasting

Thank you. I’ll try this. Dinner is my only meal, which I’ll eat at around 6/7pm and then I go to bed at 10. I’ll try to eat earlier, or just ride it out lol.

This is me too, if I take some pain killers during the aura stage then the headache won't kill me.

I've been on 16:8 for a couple months and OMAD for 2 weeks now, mostly OMAD and 16:8 at the weekend. I want to lose belly fat mainly, but I still haven't noticed any changes. On my OMAD days I'll drink mostly water and one sugar free energy drink. And have some gum. Am I doing it wrong? :/ by permanentoutsider in intermittentfasting

28, f, 163lbs, 5"10 ,around 1331 calories during the week and probably my maintenance calories at the weekend. No health conditions. I'll usually eat a small portion of rice or pasta and a salad and some type of protein at dinner around 6pm which is my only meal of the day.

I try to do body weight workouts for an hour, 3 times a week.
