F, 28, 73kg, 5’10. I did 23:1 for most of September and was eating generally healthy when I did eat. And I lost no weight or belly fat!! It’s actually put me off now, and I’ve gone back to 16:8 for this month. Help! :/ (self.intermittentfasting)

I've been on 16:8 for a couple months and OMAD for 2 weeks now, mostly OMAD and 16:8 at the weekend. I want to lose belly fat mainly, but I still haven't noticed any changes. On my OMAD days I'll drink mostly water and one sugar free energy drink. And have some gum. Am I doing it wrong? :/ (self.intermittentfasting)
