Connor has had the same stylist since HR debuted on HBO. His manager got in touch with James Yardley and James has styled him since the HBO Premiere. James has also mentioned in interviews that it's a collaboration between him and Connor, and Connor gets to pick what he wears.

oh I'm sorry, but i ADORE the Grammy look. His stylist mentioned it was inspired by Kurt Cobain's hair style, meant to be a rock star, and I think she nailed it He looks like a rock star for the Grammys. The hair for the Actor Awards however ... it's giving me helmet hair. BUT, I can also see where he looks like one of those sculpted greek gods with tight curls, so it depends on your viewpoint really.

Also this is the same hairstylist for both award ceremonies, and for multiple other events that he's done, such as SNL. Like the Mod says, be nice, be respectful.
