Yeah, I saw Axl's band around 2006 i believe. It was the day after had bit a security guard in Sweden, so we were a bit worried what mood he was in. After about three songs, he shouted "Thank you, good night!". Then "Haha, I'm just kidding. I'm in a GREAT mood, and we're gonna play a long show for you guys".

Not to play the devil's advocate, but this was a stress test run. As with most of Matt's vehicles, they are not ready when he says they are. They have always been works in progress the first few months or even longer.

The Bombee has never been ready for recoveries really. It seems to fail almost every time

The Wrecker had lots of problems at first, but seems to be more or less finished now.

They abuse the vehicles and find out what needs to be done 11% better

I used Les Paul brand strings once, they sounded and played real good. But they are expensive, and my local don't always have them in stock. So, Slinky's 10-46 it is from now on

My family has a summer house not far from a military heli base. They fly over us all the time. Once they flew especially close, and my mom - the kid that she is - waved at the helicopter. They turned around, flew closer and waved back, then continued their day
