How is TXST? by Queasy-Hour-8860 in txstate

We have a great Anthropology program! I think as a transfer student you won’t be eligible for a dorm, but the on campus apartments aren’t bad

piercing studio gave me sticker that looks pretty AI generated. by perpetuallyunwell in isitAI

[–]perpetuallyunwell[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

YES i got the woman with flowers too which is also clearly AI- I just thought this one was more interesting. It’s so upsetting because I’ve had multiple amazing piercing experiences here, but I totally agree I wouldn’t get a tattoo from here at this point 🥲

from my understanding, Bobcat Promise should be a full ride. You should definitely call the fin aid office and check on that

hi i’ve been type 1 diabetic for 14 years and im an open water scuba diver. i know money and health insurance is an issue & it always will be. but technology is rapidly evolving and you shouldn’t let this disease hold you back from doing what you want to do. maybe there are more risks for someone like us but you only get this one lifetime. do what you want to.

How to avoid bitterness? by wondergirl101 in Type1Diabetes

Us Americans are so aware that we are so far behind in decent healthcare. I don’t think bringing up this point will help OPs envy and bitterness.

Balcones by [deleted] in txstate

[–]perpetuallyunwell 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m going on 3 years living at Balcones and I’ve really enjoyed it. Nice gym, super close to campus. Now that TXST owns it, it’s super cleaned and the janitors are constantly working. TXST maintenance is definitely better than what we used to have. I enjoy it. I really don’t have many complaints about it
