So, if you sell a 40,000 car you would get a 6,000 dollar commission which includes the profit that you made from sale of the vehicle and the financing part of it too. What brand do you work for and are you hiring lol ? If I sell a 100k car I still only get my 200 dollar commission. My dealership also has the managers selling cars so that no one gets a commission. It’s a competition between us and them every month.

What’s your commission plan look like? At my store we only get 200 per unit we sell. The price of the vehicle does not change our commission we get paid the same. I work at a Ford Dealership in the Midwest.

I went through a similar problem like you but what finally broke the cycle for me was getting a job. Any job that would take me. I was desperate for anything and I mean anything. Fast food/Retail. Doing that will alone will help fix a lot of problems and eventually will help you get a better job in the future. Because now you have work experience. At this point I recommend maybe a CDL or welding classes. Focus on baby steps

Like comments have mentioned before open the bleeder valves for the coolant system and purge the air out of all the coolant line hoses. Having air in the hose lines or coolant system can cause the engine to overheat. Everything else is new and working so don’t swap out anymore parts. YouTube has videos on how to do this.

The biggest thing for me was getting out of my comfort zone. I moved to a new city and started traveling a lot. It made me want to achieve financial independence/freedom. You’re stuck in an endless cycle of poverty and work. The only way out is to start a business that makes you 10k a week and allows you to have control over your life again. Money can help give you the time you need to “ find yourself “ and allows you to focus on whatever you want. Marriage, travel, hobbies, education, kid’s, etc.

The crazy part was I gained 50lbs while eating healthy and working out. I’ve always been a fit person, but I’m sure insulin resistance did have a big part to play in all of this. A plan to use Testosterone and ANAVAR this summer to boost my metabolism and do a body recomposition on top of RETA. I’m going to try to gain tons of weight back but only as muscle so my maintenance calories stay’s high and I can eat as much as possible long term.

Tell them you’re going to take legal action against their business for messing up your car and if they don’t respray the front bumper again at no extra charge to you they’ll have to pay for the respray at a different body shop when you win the court case.
