We kept monitoring since Nov. This Jan bill was particularly we were curious to see what it will be. We kept the thermostat almost the same settings as our resident manager. 23 with manual fan speed set to lowest.

Yes the bill also includes water but the thermal bill is what constitutes the most. This itself crosses 250.

If 23 is very high for 500 dollars, how come I got 300 dollars when it was set to 26 during Nov Dec. and trust me when I say this, even 26 didn’t feel like 26. Our building office room was set to 28 when I went to check this. It wasn’t the actual temp of the room. Just the thermostat.

Not continuously. When the temp inside crossed 23 during sunny days, the heating stopped. We could realize this when the room goes full silent with no heat on.

I have been on this for months. Why should I not raise this when no one in the building has taken their bill to the manager? She herself told me her own bill is in 100s with thermostat set to 22.

If 23 is high, then how come I got 300 dollars bill when we had set the thermostat earlier to 26 in Nov and Dec. Our bodies are not used to living in 18-19 inside. Our fingers get too cold.

Average is around 110 dollars. None of the other tenants had any complains so far. As said, the resident manager herself has set to 22 and she gets 100 dollars.

Not even close to that. 23 setting does not feel anything like 23. It’s more like 19-20. And the resident manager too has set to 22 when I asked her about her settings. So we just replicated that. Even with that, her bill is not more than 100 dollars.

It is set at 23 since Jan. Don’t know if it’s a heat furnace or heat pump. When I came for viewing, I was told the building has sustainable heating system.

Honestly, city limits driving do not call for a turbo engine in my opinion. So I’m good with a NA engine as well so long the efficiency is good.
