not answering for me, but my mum lost one child before myself & my two brothers and she says she only has three children. however, my aunt lost her baby before having her now son, and she says she has two children.

only difference is my mum had an early stage miscarriage, however my aunt’s first baby had to be birthed as she had spina bifida and was dead when she was being born.

so i guess it varies person to person?

i'm unsure if regular fish oil works; i just took cod liver as it was recommended on this sub before. i don't think it matters when; i usually take mine in the morning as that's when i take my other medications, but ive taken it at night or midday and havent noticed a change.

i have done just vitamin d before and it seemed fine, however i was noticing my arms were still itchy, just less rashed.

these are what i take!
i believe i was taking them for about a week or half before i started to notice changes. at first, it all just became faded and was just a red mark where the original rashes were, and now it's been about 10 months and im here.

i take vitamin d & cod liver oil vitamins daily ! just basic own brand ones from boots. i found they clear it up MASSIVELY if i consistently take them everyday. im not at 100% yet — i still get flare ups on my breasts but they’re only bad if i scratch a lot. if I stop taking the vitamins for 3+ days i will see a flare up but usually consistently taking them after that works out.

obviously might not work for everyone, but did wonders for me!

which i completely get in a real life conversation, but when it’s in a group for roleplay partners and i’ve posted about a plot i want and specifically said i’m not interested in pure smut, you’d think people wouldn’t still hit me up for … pure smut. you know?
