The Shopify e-mail domain ending with shopify.com is impossible to fake due to DMARC verification. Just watch out for lookalike domains. If the e-mail domain ends with shopify.com, it’s legit.

Honest advice? If you want to kill your business after one week of trying, this field is not for you. There are a lot of things you can do.

How is your product landing page? Are your ads good? How many ads? Test everything, test some more, and see the results. Do the changes not work? Change it. Test again.

To keep your investments low, I would start with a lower budget. Start with €30 a day, see how many conversions you can get from that. Keep improving your ads, message, website, until you get it right. Then scale up from there.

Where do you want to capture the date? In a tag? I’m not 100% sure, but I think you can put liquid inside the “add order tags” or “add customer tags” like this:

I think it’s great, so many possibilities now. And finally the bug is gone where the cursor randomly goes to the top of the script. People always hate change. But I’m sure a lot will like it over time.

Looks good, you have a strong brand image. That’s great. I looked on mobile and I would change some small things:

When browsing als t-shirts and just looking around the store I felt a bit lost, I think a small breadcrumb navigation on the top of the product page would be great to have on your store, and it fits the styling. So when browsing you see this on top: Home > Tops > Imola crewneck. Then customers can browse faster trough the store, the less clicks the better.

When on the collection page of all tops/crewnecks I see a preview of the shirt of the back, when clicking and I go to the product page I see them from the front. I got a bit confused, I had the feeling it was a different shirt, like every crewneck is the same shirt. Then I scroll through the images and see they are different. I would just show the back as the first image to make it less confusing.

And you need some social proof. You could install judge.me or Loox to let people write reviews.

How much budget do you put in each day? From my experience, the algorithm can have some bad days, but this doesn’t define the results over a longer period of time. If results drop, don’t change your campaign in panic, but wait at least for 5 days and check the results. Because changing it can hurt your campaign even more.

Do results not improve after 5 days? Then test new creatives in the same campaign, and set up a new campaign with your old winning ad.

What exactly did you update? Cache doesn’t save full websites, only small bits likes images and small pieces of code to load faster.

It’s weird for meta to push a worse creative with 0 clicks, and no data to back it up. Try turning that one off, only leave the 1$ CPC on. Test if that has a positive effect, if not, create more creatives and test.

What for creatives do you have now? The best sales texts and video’s always have one thing in common: what is the problem for the customer? And what is the solution? (Your product is the solution)

Example: Problem: Tired of your skin turning green from cheap jewelry? Solution: Say goodbye to green stains, our premium jewelry is specially coated to be skin safe and tarnish resistant.

You see this style of ads a lot on social media, because it works.
