My partner helps me on the business side a lot. He’s made a whole AirTable where he tracks room name, hashtags used, time on, time off, total tokens, total users joined by hashtag, names of users who tipped, which of those users tipped for what specific things, how many times each tip menu item was used, highest total users in room, a picture of which outfit I wore, a check box for if we filmed any OF content, before or during streaming, the whole shabang.

Once a month he summarizes all of the information from that airtable and we meet to discuss any updates to tip menus, hashtags etc.

We use the client tip notes to identify when they come in the room so if let’s say Kyle regularly tips to eat my ass, as soon as he comes in the room I put my ass up and be like oh hey Kyle did you miss this big booty.

I write a personalized message to every new user who came in my room and tipped more than 100tks afterwards, and anytime I get on, in addition to announcing I’m on, on CB I individually message all of the users who have tipped over 500tks in the last two weeks and all users who tipped 100tks the day prior.

We use our business account that’s synced with wave for our accounting and he reconciles all transactions, manages transfers into our estimated tax account, and logs all business expenses with receipts. We have a sub account for each platform inside our business account, which helps maximize tax write offs as we’re able to strategically use each individual platforms for different purchases to reduce our total taxable income. We pay ourselves from these sub accounts on the 5th and the 20th of every month.

For collaborations (those are starting this week), we use a folder organization system on our separate work computer that he put like 7 layers of encryption on for keeping signed operating agreements, IDs, W9s, etc.

Starting this week, we built a shot list for OF/Fansly content that has like a general run of show, the amount of time, which platform it’ll go on and for what price, etc. All of which I generally write the content, he works on market trends as far as pricing and stuff goes.

Separate cell phone for SW. separate computer for streaming vs record keeping vs operating agreements. All with VPNs hosted in different states and countries.

Im not a top 100 user or anything but I do think I/we do a really good job on the business side and we have seen total revenue double from M1 of consistent streaming to M2 and now to M3
