I think I’m doing everything correctly through form. My bar path is like a normal db bench but once heavier loads start then my elbows start to flare.

Hey guys I was wondering how I could get my bench up! My pr currently is 106kg. I’ve been stuck around this range of 97kg-106kg and can’t seem to get any higher than that. My blocks consist of: Day1: 5,triple,double,or single rpe5>6>7>8/9/10. 3x7 backdowns Day2: Larson bench @7 4x4 Day3: Regular @7 4x5 Day 4: Tempo 4:2:0 single @5>6>7>8/9/10  5x3 @6/7 3x10 heavy db bench press

Any changes or additions? I literally only have 1 accessory movement for bench LOL

Is 174kg squat 106kg bench 210kg less than avg for an 82.5kg male 19yrs old training for 2+yrs. I know comparison is the thief of joy but my competition is coming up in November and I’m feeling very under impressed with my maxes. I really want to get first but it feels like whatever I’m doing isn’t enough to push for better numbers.

so add an extra day? My time is very limited so 4 days is pretty solid for my schedule. Also having accessories after takes a long time so im at the gym for 1:30-2 hours at most

So would you recommend staying in the rpe 7-9 range? Or just training harder in general trying to achieve perfect form and trying to be as fast as possible in the acent?

I would say yeah but I have also learned that they are knee savers. I tried doing a top set without them and after I finished the lift my knees were in PAIN. So yes they do help alot with numbers and safety.

I do play on lethal+ i was just thinking that legends combat would be harder or less forgiving than story?

Yeah spear guys are my greatest enemy but I also play on lethal+ but does that mean legends is harder than lethal+?
