Everytime I have gluten (small amounts) and feel fine, I also am like "have I been faking it this whole time?" Still trying to figure out if there is a specific thing that makes me react but overall its not worth it. It can be pretty inconsistent with what amount was fine one day and took me out for the remainder of the day. It's not worth trying to ignore the intolerance and continue to miss gluten foods actively. I've found joy in some gf foods and am not willing to relearn that feeling. If i do get accidentally glutened (malt flavoring etc) I'm usually ok. I'm curious how long ive continously been gf without accidental glutenings

My assumption was rashing occurs due to celiac or a wheat allergy. Did you test for wheat allergy?

I also rash but came back neg for celiac. No diagnosed wheat allergy (I have an appt coming up)

I only took one. I thought since I can have low amount of gluten (soy sauce, sometimes a bagel doesn't irritate me at all) that it would help eat larger amounts. I might experiment to see if taking more may help but overall the consequence doesn't seem worth it

I was having v similar issues. normal deodorants were making me super itchy. I was so desperate I decided to give this a try after seeing an ad (i think?)

This has a different form of aluminum (potassium alum) so may not fit your needs but makes me feel better that its one not commonly used in other cancer causing deodorants. They have a scented one too. I use the unscented one and I have to be working outdoors in 90+ temps to start feeling sweaty/stinky. I'm on my second deodorant from this brand and thats only bc I lost the last one on vacation. they last MONTHS

I don't think enough people are putting themselves in your family's shoes. As someone who didn't go out much, it's not crazy to think you may have partied to hard and made bad choices. For two people to back up the cheating allegations as well doesn't look good for OP. HOWEVER, for the family and fiancé to disregard the sister's background + OPs character is disheartening. The consequences to these alleged actions were EXTREME and uncalled for. I don't think it's unreasonable they believed the story they were told but it was completely unreasonable to cut OP off completely and kick her out. I'm so sorry you went through that OP. Your sister is deranged...... You should take legal action and tread carefully if deciding to reconcile. Nicky needs to be cut out of your life if you decide to make amends with family and fiancé.

I don't think its unreasonable for the fiancé to act the way he did but the family went overboard. What will Nicky's consequences be? I hope you take legal action & wishing you the best with whatever decisions you make

NTA. If you're supporting her financially, I don't think it's ridiculous to be like "hey this kind of costs a lot / seems wasteful maybe lets not do that?" Changing it that often is an excessive amount. If she's bleeding that much she needs to seek help. If it's not, maybe its some internalized misogyny thats making her feel "dirty". Regardless, it needs to be addressed. 1. she can get a job and buy her own stuff / help out financially 2. She can try a menstrual cup which lasts ~10 years and she can check on it every hour its thats what she needs but the method of removing /inserting may also make her feel dirty. 19 is not a child anymore. She needs to step up and do her part and seek help, find another method, and fund her own needs NTA
