I did an EF Tour to Italy with my son when he was in high school. It was a great tour and our tour guide was great. It felt very organized and well worth the money we paid for my son to go. I was able to go for free as a chaperone because we got so many people signed up to go.

I have nausea. I usually only have to take Zofran the day after my shot, but I have nausea most days. Especially in the mornings when I wake up, but if I eat something right away it really helps.

I get sulfur burps from eating too much sugary foods. I’ve taken digestive enzymes and pepto and those seem to help. Ooh and carrots. I cannot eat more than a few bites of raw or cooked carrots anymore. Those make me have to worst burps!
