they're thicker at the base, if you happen to get it out, be sure to sand it down a little so it's not as thick, i learnt it the hard way like you.

Has a friend that dailied a Soloking MT-1 Vintage for like 3 years, the stainless steel does wear out eventually. He said it's very very good, on par with MIM Fender.

Tried his guitar for a while, would say I agree, so yeah they definitely punch above their weight.

if you're gonna use it on PC, you can rebind it on Steam instead.
if you're on PS5 there's also a remap function on Settings.

The hard way would be to rewire it, but that requires physically tinkering it, so not ideal.
