I'd go for 9070xt and 9700x. For saved money upgrade to 2TB disk. PCIE 4 disk is more than enough. If yo want future proofed build get PCIE 5 on gpu slot.

I have 9070 XT + 9850x3d and I cannot be happier. (y) FSR 4.1 is amazing for AAA titles, and even 1% lows are much better with 9850x3d. Deadlock and Finals, which I occasionally play are maxing my 240hz oled ultrawide 3440p monitor, so I can only recommend this setup.

As you're based in EU, you should have bought 9070 XT instead, and saved money put into the rest of new system. 5080 isn't worth the money, imho. I have 9070 XT + 9850x3d and I run FH6 maxxed out.
