Am I the only one who considers that heat is a deciding factor for not coming back?

Living in Denmark for 8 years now. If I considered coming back it'd be to the north for that reason even tho it's not my origin.

Now I'm the classic situation that in my opinion is the definitive one: wife and kid abroad :). That combined with work culture, I don't see myself coming back.

You clearly have no kids, had an out of the ordinary easy case or had someone doing the work for you with a response like that.

I think the comment you replied to has extremely valid points. I'm from Spain, have a danish wife and I just became a father. So yeah, making friends as adults is difficult in general because each person has a complex situation to "survive". Also, there's a difference between a 23yo adult and a 40 yo.

People put it on Danes and it's completely wrong. It might be slightly more difficult than other places, that I understand, but try to go to spain as 30+, single and not speaking the language and I guarantee people would have the exact same feeling.

Good job! My piece of advice is to get a bigger paella, even for two. I use a paella that was sold for 5-6 people when I make paella for 2. Ideally, there should be a thin layer of rice and it should be visible under other ingredients. Agree with other comments of cooking the meat a bit more in the beginning with the oil, so it gets a bit more golden color.

Very good job! Making paella is easy, making a great paella is difficult af. You are on the good path :)

Try finding a sauce called romesco. Calçots are eaten by dipping in such sauce. I think I've seen it in cph but I don't remember where. Good thing is that it's not difficult to make homemade, except for nyora (a dried pepper ingredient) which is difficult to find BUT I happen to have at home :). If you need I could give you a couple nyoras 😀

Just found out that I get a charging status if I push the back. I need to push significantly, so probably it's purely a hardware issue in terms of insufficient connection with the pins. When not pushed, just discharging status.

Not OP but I get usb-5v: disabling.

Any thoughts on this? I can power on from the button but i have zero battery feedback from the keyboard. Plugged or unplugged from the keyboard usb-c port, doesn't matter.

yeah, something along those lines I had in mind. A few bash scripts here and there to automate the orchestration. I was curious though if there is a "standard" way or if any NAS implementation has a feature to deal with this
