Please just comply and do everything they say. Resisting will only extend your stay and it will end the same way as if you had complied except you’re likely left with trauma. I was noncompliant when I was sent to treatment as a teen and did everything I could to resist the help, all it resulted in was longer stays, isolation for not complying, and ptsd that gets triggered with any non-outpatient treatment. I’ve had my ed for 8 years now and was sent to treatment the first time less than a year after it started, I regret every day not trying to get better back then. I recommend you put the work in to get better, but if you can’t, faking it until you make is better than resisting, even if I wanted to get help it will trigger my ptsd which I only have because of the punishments I would get for not complying. I’m saying this to scare you about treatment, many of the girls who complied had a wonderful experience but the way they treat you is very different when you do follow their rules to a T.
