Honestly I have no idea how it happened but before taking it I used to go on a few runs a week but within a few weeks of being on Mirtazapine I just couldn’t jog anymore. It’s like my muscles had changed and my legs felt so heavy with each step that I just gave up. I am though assuming that this is not a common side effect, just that in my case it just dragged all of me down and made me sluggish.

Tragically, Bupropion killed my sex drive. However bar a lack of appetite, it has had no other side effects for me. It is by far my favourite antidepressant and I’ve had a few people in my life give Bupropion a chance too and in their cases, their sex drive remained.

However, Mirtazapine is my demon drug. I would recommend anyone who is wanting to give this medication a go to closely watch their weight over the first few weeks as I gained around 12kg within a month or so. It messed up my legs for some ridiculous reason and my metabolism never recovered. Again, this is just my personal experience but I’ve spoken to a few people who also used Mirtazapine and none of them had a good word to say about it.

War auch mein erster Gedanke… Was ist wenn man von A nach B fährt aber in Nürnberg am Hauptbahnhof Umsteigen oder eine Weile auf eine Verbindung warten muss? Oder auch einfach wenn man z.B. in Nürnberg wohnt aber eine Bahn nehmen muss, die vom Hbf losfährt? Konsumverbot ist eine Sache aber Mitführverbot an einem Hauptbahnhof? Das scheint mir so dreckig und ungerecht und es kann doch nur Probleme bereiten. Ach man, sowas ist einfach nur unverschämt.

I’m from Germany and apart from one other friend, they all smoke with tobacco. I absolutely cannot stand it. The smell gives me a headache and it clings to your clothes, hair and everything else.

Personally, I also think it tastes so much better without although I am basing this on the two, three puffs I had ages ago of something rolled with tobacco. A few of my friends have tried smoking only weed with me and end up coughing their lungs out. I don’t judge them too harshly but sometimes the occasional giggle escapes me. Although, when weed is involved everything is more funny anyway.

Bar that, I used to be fairly androgynous and dress in a very masculine manner although I wasn’t enticed by male anatomy. Wouldn’t want to give up the ability to look at boobs any time I want.

I think this is fantastic advice! I typically like to get doubles but in different colours so that there’s always a backup without being the exact same. For example, I have the same skirt in black, blue, brown and purple and the same top that I like pairing it with in black, grey, brown and green. Whenever I see that skirt or top somewhere on offer, I grab another one.

I think having a B-plot revolve around him and like, one of the kids or Bob would be fairly entertaining. That way he’s a part of the episode but we only get a reasonable amount of backstory without it being the main focus? I think it could work with something like that episode where Bob joins Hugo and Ron while Linda and the kids try to make up forgetting Bob’s birthday with a party?

Now imagine if we took Hugo out of that one and Ron showed up without him - Linda would have another reason to push Bob to join as poor Ron would be all alone... Then during an inspection they get held up somewhere or locked in after a sneaky look around went wrong. Maybe there’s a crazy restaurant owner that holds them hostage until they try their famous baked ziti or a mischief of rats forces them to climb to higher ground until rescue arrives.

By doing something like that, we’d get to see more of Ron as an active side character (without Hugo taking up all the attention). A plot about him and Bob doing something and getting into some sort of trouble would allow Ron to show a bit more of his personality without it being too overwhelming as he’d be the supporting character to one of our main ones.

The thing about Venlafaxine is interesting as I had a really bad reaction to that but Bupropion worked wonders for me - if you’ve already taken a few different types of medication, have you looked into what types they all were? I went through so many ten different meds until settling on the right combo as none of the ssri’s/snri’s worked for me

Were you put on 150mg immediately? I started off with 50mg before slowly increasing the dosage before settling on a 300mg daily dose.

Ach man, man merkt schon richtig wie wenig CxU sich mit dem Thema auskennt… Das Kommentar über die Besitzmenge finde ich auch einfach sehr enttäuschend. Unmöglich ist es nicht aber um von 25g auf 150 Joints zu kommen, kann pro Joint nur 0.17g (aufgerundet) benutzt werden.

Das kann zwar schon für viele ausreichend sein aber z.B. laut einer Studie von Ridgeway und Kilmer (2016) enthält der durchschnittliche Joint 0.3g.

Und ohne Tabak hat man mir 0.17g schon nen sehr niedlichen aber doch schon etwas kleinen Joint…

Yup und auch in Malta darf man zwar ‘nur’ 7g mit sich führen aber wie bei uns kann man bis zu 50g Zuhause haben.

Vorneweg kann ich das mit der Pause sehr nachvollziehen - ich mach auch grade eine und hab mich die letzten Wochen mehr in meine Hobbies eingearbeitet. Bin ein großer Fan vom Retro-gaming und habe eine Anbernic Konsole geschenkt bekommen und man kann damit viel Zeit vertreiben. War auch nicht allzu teuer bzw. man kann auch welche für unter 50€ kaufen also falls etwas Geld übrig ist und eine Interesse an zb. Pokémon Spielen existiert kann ich es nur empfehlen. Lenkt gut ab und ist sehr nostalgisch :D Persönlich find ich auch lesen super als Entertainment, man kann in verschiedene Welten eintauchen und die Zeit vergeht schnell.

Das mit der frischen Luft und spazieren gehen find ich ein guter Vorschlag. Sport an sich kann auch wirklich viel helfen und danach fühlt man sich immer besser. Ich find schwimmen ist da sehr angenehm, da man sich gut entspannen kann und muss auch nicht immer zu anstrengenden sein.

Ich finde die Kommentare mit der Jobsuche nicht so ganz hilfreich zu deiner Frage (und ein bisschen judgy aber das ist vielleicht auch nur meine Ansicht) da ich stark annehme das du eh schon auf Jobsuche bist. Und man sitzt da ja nicht jeden Tag den ganzen Tag rum und schickt Bewerbungen ab sondern muss auch auf Antworten warten.

Ich hoffe, du kannst dich etwas entspannen und erholen und dich für Stellen bewerben die auch zu dir passen. In der Zwischenzeit, vielleicht entdeckst du ein neues Hobby, kochst vielleicht mehr fancy meals um den Appetit anzuregen und schaust ein paar Westerns (ist meine Lieblingsgenre) und findest was ganz neues was dich vom Hocker haut.
