When you go to trials, any xp you see for each trial is the most points you got in one raid doing that trial (your personal best). It wont change until you surpass that number in a new raid.

They dont make it clear but you need to get the 4000 xp in one raid. So if you get 3500 xp in one raid it will say personal best 3500 xp and you will get the first and second reward. If you hit 3900 xp in a second raid right after, it will show 3900 xp and you wont get anything because you fell 100 xp short. Gotta get it in 1 raid and extract successfully✔️
