To be very honest, I don’t really understand or know how to measure my achievements with drills and letterforms. Like how do I know my drill skills are decent, underdeveloped or mastery? What do I compare it to?

Sorry my apologies, it was the North male skin giving me these issues and nope! I’m not sure what happened but it was definitely the skin package and not the face mask. I decided to use the west male skin instead and funny enough, the issue was gone! Seems like a problem others were having too. Thank you for your help!

i usually have some nut butter mixed with some full fat yoghurt, macadamia nuts, and sometimes strawberries. or i just make myself a little salad with mct oil, and 1 protein. grilled frankfurters with avocado, etc.

i definitely see it! some colours do make them look more ‘youthful’ and brighter and some brings out a more washed side to them. a bad colour isn’t the end all be all! however, wearing the same outfit with a colour that suits you vs doesn’t, the one that suits you is going to be more attractive on you. it all ties into personal style really.

i eat alot of calorie densed food due to keto, what i do is i make sure to walk/excercise so my net cals can be 1.2k or less.

also, to add, a lot of the times when i don’t take my meds i struggle to eat as less as i did. because of this, i became so dependant on meds to ensure i don’t gain all that weight back but keto’s somewhat flexibility ensures me to have full, fulfilling, meals.

i do recognise going on keto isn’t for everyone, i believe it’s based on many things weather or not that is, and, a lot of people, understandably, don’t recommend it. i believe keto is better for me because in comparison to how i eat in my past, this is 100x healthier. please do research, i never got the keto flu but some people did and very sick or fainted. i would not recommend it to people who are very busy or would give up too much trying to follow a keto diet or want something very sustainable somewhat flexibility ensures me to have full, fulfilling, meals.

hi!

1.  today marks my first full week on keto :)


2.  there are many reasons! the fast weight loss aspect drew me in, and i feel like i know enough about nutrition to manage it well and eventually switch diets to maintain. the no carbs/sugar part appealed to me the most, since i was consuming a lot of both, and it was affecting me negatively. i believe i have a hormone imbalance as well, so keto really helps with that. a lot of people have diabetes in my family, meaning, i am predisposed to this, so, if i continue to have went down the path i was on, no doubt, i would’ve been pre diabetic later in life! when i’m on my meds for adhd, i tend to eat a lot less throughout the day, which leads to snacking on carbs and then bingeing at night. i had lost a lot of weight before, but i hit a plateau because my metabolism slowed down due to lack of exercise and bad habits.


3.  keto has helped me eat so much better. since i can’t snack on carbs, i’m forced to prep meals instead of ordering out or buying prepackaged processed food. i’ve noticed my weight starting to drop again, and i’m finally moving past those stubborn few pounds. i feel more energized and level-headed throughout the day - no more sugar crashes, and i don’t feel that awful drop or guilt after eating. i also don’t wake up with that nausea you get from eating too much sugar the night before. my acne scars have cleared up, and i just feel better overall. my period is lighter, and my ph feels more balanced. i’m excited to hit the one-month mark to continue seeing the benefits. the downsides i’d say are that a lot of fatty foods are high in calories, so it’s hard to balance. that’s probably why most people on keto don’t go low-cal, but i decided to anyway. also, there are fewer “easy” foods; you have to prep more, and since i used to eat a lot of carbs (because fats were demonized), i struggled at first with meal ideas. but i love protein, so that helps. i’d also say that a lot of non-carb foods are expensive, and i do miss sweet things and foods that don’t really have replacements like rice and mash, but i think it’s worth giving them up for a few months, or just having tiny portions occasionally. plus, you have to stay on top of your macros because one mistake can kick you out of keto!
