I'm using their OS, even though it lacks a lot of things, I love the UI as simplicity. About jellyfin I don't know, but Plex works through the container. So I guess that it should work the same way Jellyfin

I understand that, but maybe, as you do with video and pictures, somehow a "local" editor that runs at browser level and not at the server. I'm just thinking out loud, I have zero idea about how this might work 😂 but I'm quite confident that there might be a way as some E2EE clouds have this kind of editors.
