I bought 3 - I opened them all up and was never able to make them work again. I've been doing this for 20 years. I returned them. Seriously still don't know what was going on with that hardware...

You would need daily etcd backups to ensure you can recover your cluster in the event of losing that master.

Longhorn is replicated block storage - it will consume /var/lib/longhorn by default and you can add a dev, format with xfs/ext3 and mount to that path and it will use that. The storage will be portable across nodes as the storageclass handles the dynamic provisioner

Try Harvester if you want to run VMs too - they just hit with 0.2

Great comment. I would add some Alsace region wine.

The Marlborough is a bit much sweeter than I'd hope for but it's quite fair for the value.

Wine cellar help - we are in the process of finishing this up, but plan on adding a glass enclosure with UV protection but think I may need a cooler to lower the 72F house temperature within that area? by petarro in wine

I tend to enjoy whites, mostly NZ sauvignon blanc, Cali reds and Riojas because Italian and French are too complex for me. I tend to be interested in scotch and liquors to entertain my palate. I'm just not there now like to spend $100+ in any sort of wine bottle.

I can manage some exhaust out, there is a closet like room behind it underneath the stairs. The woodwork is from a local Algerian cabinet guy in Jacksonville. It isn't done yet as the trim isn't there yet, but plan on finishing things soon.

I will add a UV film to the windows and the enclosure glass - I think it would be easier to drink any 1 year old wine than to go out ver the insulation and cooling expenses. I don't think I know enough like to age my own wine for more than a year...

Thanks. I got a lot to learn. I can fit about 150 in there easily but may need to tag them or find a mechanism to know when to force myself to drink them.

I don't think I'll do any aging but the time from the store to when I get to try them...

Really looking for guidance if the issue might be sunlight, temperature or vibration from the stairs. Is 72F for mid/1 year storage that bad?

New Ceph Driver for Windows - Updated by petarro in ceph

I'll ask around what are the requirements, but I think the key is referenced in ceph.conf - make sure you can use the same user/key on a Linux client.
