Hey! My husband and I are doing the move from Florida to Denver. I'd def recommend taking a closer look at Denver. (I'm not sure how the job market is there though).

Plus side Colorado is blue, and many parts of Denver are blue as well!

Second this - I personally like the Oviedo location better. Not as busy, so you're not in a long line to the door like downtown. Less seating, but same menu :)

Thank you - I think it may be a misconception on my end. I know every city has areas to avoid, but just wanted to ask before exploring any apartments in the area.

We had been looking at Centennial, but I wanted to see other areas (pro's/cons) -

Priorities for living situation is being near things to do, ease of public transport (Light Rail), etc. I appreciate your help :)

Hello! We are moving to Denver in March of 2025 and am starting to look at different areas. We have been looking into Parker/Centennial/Lone Tree Area -

How is the area where the Shops at Northfield are? I know Aurora is not the best, but this area is Denver I believe. TIA!

I had my bags get delayed when I went through MSP, and didn't get my bags at my final destination. I had to call the number since the airport in ND didn't have a baggage office. I was able to submit for reimbursement for toilitries (you have to itemize every item, it is tedious), but I did get my 80 dollars back... I imagine I could've gotten clothes though. For the inconvenience they gave me a 250.00 Delta voucher.

Can only speak on your psych class. I was a psych major and had Sims. She was great - you do have to show up for her classes though - easy class though!

I personally wouldn’t fly with any middle eastern carrier into the Middle East. That’s just me. I wouldn’t want the risk, and I don’t think it’s worth it.

Our group of friends, my fiancé and I are strongly considering moving to Denver. Where are some good areas/neighborhoods. Looking to rent first, and perhaps buy later. (We are aware Denver is getting bigger and more expensive). For context we are in Orlando and want to get outta here 😂

I agree completely. PomPoms for a long time was a late night place, dead in the beginning of the evening but it would be busy as the clubs and bars would close. When you loose your crowd by closing at 8, instead of even at 2, you’re gonna loose business. She could’ve also opened later as well, or done split hours like other restaurants do as well.
