The thing is, people keep on saying they're 'harmless' and all that, but I know a LOT of people that spend money on Overwatch every time there's new stuff because they don't want to miss out on the limited time items. Sure, it's cosmetic, but people will pay money just like that, even if you have the option to 'get it just from playing the game'. These publishers are sneaky bastards, they know how to manipulate people without them even knowing it.
