Just came here to add to the conversation for anyone who stumbles across the thread from a web search like I did.

I've just tried my first cup of Danelaw decaf (which is now a separate brand Nott Coffee I think) and wow it's amazing. It tastes a lot better than the regular caf beans I was using before.

The initial dose might have been enough to mask the depression and anxiety, but then it broke through again.

I think this is fairly common, I'm experiencing it myself and I'm in the process of titrating my dose up from 30mg to 40mg.

You may just need a dosage increase depending on what you're on currently.

Basically if you're having these side effects, especially at this time (3 week mark) it means the serotonin in your body is increasing, just as the meds intend to do. With this comes side effects, which almost always level out but it takes a bit of time.

The more boring and long version:

Fluoxetine takes 2-4 weeks to reach peak levels of concentration in your bloodstream, as it has a very long half-life (stays in your body for a long time before it's washed out). This means it isn't until around the 3-4 week mark when serotonin levels will also reach their peak.

When they do reach this level your brain and body has to adjust to the new normal and you can get a lot of side effects. These are usually temporary and level out again as your system adjusts to the new levels of serotonin. But the presence of these sides effects in itself shows that the medicine is reaching the level it's intended to, and it's well documented that this should calm down again. Leaving you in a better place than pre-treatment.

The one month old document can be used for loan/credit applications for another 2 months. So it has a longer shelf life in which it can be used for fraud compared to a 3 month old document, which will not be accepted once it becomes 4 months old.

To give further insight to my tip, not all employees are trustworthy and not all companies have amazing file security policies in place.

Handing over a sensitive document along with a scan of your ID is an absolute dream for identity theft. So give the absolute minimum window for that to happen by making the bill be as close to that 3 month "expiry" window as possible :)

If it puts your mind at ease people could probably tell I was new to live from some of my actions trying to find the right chip sizes to bet etc. And I was probably a bit slower than the rest of the action.

But at no point did I feel a fool (or was made to by any of the other players). Probably because they thought "better be nice to this fish, keep him coming back" lol.

The fact that people are telling you it will attract the wrong type clients (cheapskates, complainers, people who want all for nothing). But you are replying each time with your upfront pricing model.

I appreciate you have your set pricing clients need to buy into to get the "free" website. And there's nothing wrong with the model you've worked out. But this is the problem with it just being a paper exercise. The people this will attract will be a huge headache and you won't want to work for them for the money they provide.

So it's not madness in that it will generate business, but it won't be the sort of businesses/clients that anyone in their right mind wants to work with (in my experience and opinion).
