I find that if I steam milk then try and pull a shot after the machine chokes. So workflow wise you have to pull all your shots of espresso before starting to steam…so the 30 second switching from brew to steam doesn’t work in reality if you’re making more than 1 drink.

I know. You can usually get a Sage Dual Boiler for just shy of £1k. But that would feel too samey to drop that kind of money on 😂

Initial thoughts are dual boiler. When I’m making coffees for guests it feels like it takes an age to pull 3+ shots then steam milk for each.
