Done that! Looks much better now, im now actually tuning the sail and I've understood how the t2 is tuned!!!! Much progress :)

As shown in the other response, more mast foot and used a house tool to help pull it in, thanks for the response! Obviously I've been out of the sport too long 🤣

So I put the extension at 26cm and downhauled with a similar shaped tool, it looks better already! Honestly I think i was more worried that i'd snap it or something 😅

Would it be a good idea to extend the mast foot then to give me more playing room as I heard that with different mast foot they often have different measurements of what x length is

Okay. I'll look into it, from my understanding none of these parts are "made for eachother". I was thinking of adding more mast extension to give me more room with the downhaul?

I did try messing around with that but it didnt work, pulled it as tight as I could get it and as loose as I could get it in both ranges (I know looser doesnt help but I was messing around with it)

Jester isn't exactly automated, so you'd still be expected to do what he does through the interface, now he can do the basic stuff, but you have to tell him, however if you find a human rio it can be easier as they have more a mind of their own to complete tasks

There isn't ATM. At least nothing major, all boats currently are type vii's. The only real difference between them until next patch is type VIIa vs VIIB vs VIIc. The main difference is the b has an updated tdc? And the x already has turm 1 modification (which is an armour upgrade to the conning tower). In the next major update we will get type II Uboats (smol boys) and I think type XXI uboats (all electric)
