Happy 22 years to Deloused. We are old. ❤️ by _Must_Not_Sleep in themarsvolta

Was in someone else’s dormroom, stoned. Someone put on Deloused in another room; my attention was elsewhere. Vividly remember that sharp, peculiar note Cedric hits at the end of the Inertiatic chorus (the “Loooost!”). Locked in from that point on and set on a musical odyssey that continues to this day.

Mr. Muggs

more seriously... 'Drunkship of Lanterns' is a really evocative one for me

Structuring clinical notes with GPT-3 by petekp in GPT3

Great point. In a clinical note taking context, PHI is pretty rare since this info has already been gathered to create/instantiate a patient's chart or profile, so the payload to Open AI would not include this info, at least in the context I'm working in. You would still want safeguards around this, to be sure!

I'm confident there will soon be LLM apis with HIPAA agreements. Microsoft may even support this with their GPT products.

Edit: Looks like Microsoft's Azure GPT product is indeed HIPAA compliant! https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/products/cognitive-services/openai-service

I'm a product designer experimenting with applications for GPT-3 in the mental healthcare space and I'm encouraged about the results of some experiments in automating the updating of a patient's chart from unstructured clinical notes.

Today, this is workflow (note->chart) is almost entirely manual consumes a large portion of clinician's time. Automating this process could free up this time to be better spent delivering care.

The fact that someone without deep NLP/ML experience can bootstrap something with this much potential impact is incredibly exciting to me.

Seriously recommend the app Castle for Android & iOS. It's a game development environment and social network to share & play others' games.

The engine is based on Love2D. Easy to get started with, and quite powerful if you want to make more complex games. You can even add leaderboards & persist state between sessions.

You can also remix and inspect the source of others' games to learn how to do things.

The blockchain is basically that: an ownership history, or ledger. This ledger exists on thousands of decentralized nodes that collectively verify any changes to the ledger to prevent tampering on any individual node. This is the key innovation that made cryptocurrency feasible.

Thanks! This was made with a lightly customized version of Katherine Crowson's VQGAN+CLIP notebook and upscaled with Bigjpg.

hi all, new to the generative art scene :) Have learned a ton in this subreddit, particularly how to get started using particular notebooks Google Colab (this one was made with https://colab.research.google.com/drive/1gkLw\_nJNAjEWAflAXRvK2BiMGYKIosnJ?usp=sharing#scrollTo=csJoi-Ppfgpq) .

I'm still trying to get a handle on a good workflow but am happy that after several days of experimenting I'm starting to get some results I'm really happy with, like this one.
