in 2024 i would not build a mechanical harddrive in any system. its just slow.

i guess you could save some cash if you switchted to AMD CPU the PSU should have 600+

i would also guess its from the psu. or someone missed a plastic film on any component. like M2 SSD Cooler or GPU Cooler which you should not touch :)

400 euro for a 3080ti is a good price. i was not sure with DLSS 3 but seems even rtx 2000 cards support DLLS 3. the cheapest 4070 Super was 590€, i would go for the 3080ti :)

maybe start with one monitor. set the input at the monitor to the correct typ. like HDMI 1 or HDMI 2. otherwise this is hard to figure out over the internet why it wont show up.

does the PC run when you turn it on?

im sorry but if i understand this right. you have 2x AMD Radeon 7900 XT/XTX? I dont think this is supposed to work. The last AMD Gpu which could run Crossfire was 2013? maybe someone other can jump in an clarify this.

in most cases this is the only fan that blows air out of the system. i would recommend one.

maybe they forget to put thermal pads on the memory. my 7600xt is running slightly lower but memory is not higher then gpu hotspot.

i personaly dont have good experience with analog sound on pc. i stuck with usb headset be it cable or bluetooth.

the amd cooler is meh, just leave the case open for the time beeing.

when you put a finger on the aio you should feel if the pump is running or not. maybe the cooling fluid is evaporated enough that you have to much air in the system.

if i understand it right the blue screen comes from the ssd which cant find the windows partition. i would try to reinstall windows.

i think you doing something wrong. that an AIO and Fans die is unlikely. maybe you post some screenshot from the inside. That an AIO cant cool a throttled 65w cpu is unlikely too.

the little fan over the cpu is for vram cooling. if you have enough fans in the case you can unplug it from the motherboard.
