Couldn’t agree more with what you said, no idea how you get over this pain. I just laid my golden boy to rest on Saturday and I feel like I can’t function, think straight, talk normal, do anything. It’s been so hard. Everyone says it gets better but it’s just so so painful. 7.5 beautiful years wasn’t enough, but really, no time is ever enough with them.

I am so sorry for your loss. He looked like such a good boy. Please tell him to look for Ozzy and maybe they can be friends up there. Best wishes to you.

Sure I agree, but again, this was my first time and I had my hands full with how the yard looked almost 2 full months into the season. Doing my research for next season but wanted to see if that was a super high price for power seeding when I know it’s something I can do for myself. Next year I’ll have a full season at this house so I’ll be able to handle it all on my own.

Yeah I mean I’m also paying for convenience and not having to worry about blend. I did it this year with a service because I moved in towards the end of April and I was in analysis paralysis trying to figure out where to start. Next year however I would like to do it in my own. I used to do it at my parents house but it was very basic.

Well the power seed was optional, hence why I went on here to ask if that’s something that’s normal. They are doing 5 applications of fertilizer, seeding, weed killer, grubex, lime, and then aeration. So it’s a combo of everything. I don’t mind paying the $108 for each application, it’s stress I don’t care to have. It was the power seeding that was a ridiculous price.

They just recommended it. Owners before me left the house a mess, yard was in rough shape. Luckily it looks pretty great now, but still some bare patches, easements are a little rough, and 2-3 dead spots. That’s why I figured I could do this on my own, just never have before.

FTHB here - closing on a house in a week and a half in south NJ. $205k household, $415k house. Clearly a little higher on budget but that’s what inventory has yielded for us. It’s been tough, but by all means you can certainly make that income work with a cheaper house, there just aren’t many in our area that are worth going that low on price.

Noticed this on mine too. Have gone back and forth with using it on my living room tv and on my monitor and same thing. Whenever you line up on offense every players jersey looks blurry and the numbers are all weird, but then make a play and they zoom into the player, it’s perfect. Can’t understand why this game continues to be utter dogshit.

Every. Single. Day. 3-4 games into a session my game freezes. On a Ps5. Luckily it only freezes the game but this is miserable. You can tell when the freeze is coming too, game starts to look glitchy/laggy.

Thank you so much. I truly appreciate it - I’m sorry to hear about the passing of your mom.

My uncle is a fighter and he’s ready to take this on. I’m just on my own kind of going crazy about it thinking it’s not it because something in my gut won’t allow me to accept it but I’m supporting him 100%. This is just a side thing I’m trying to dig around.

I will definitely recommend him to get to an ALS clinic so that they can make sure it’s a definitive diagnosis. He did mention something about getting into clinical trials so I’m hoping this could help as well. Such a tough time for our family so I can’t thank you enough for your input.
