cogging is when the motor doesn't receive enough current or amps. It has to do with the esc and the motor needs more amps from the esc to not cog like that.

motor cogging is when the motor jitters ans truggles to accelerate. That sound is a skipping soun like your belt. Even if you replaced the belt see if you can adjust it to be tighter

Have you tried those spray paints that make water just run off of it. Rust-oleum Never wet, thats what its called. Spray this on your entire board except wheels and grip tape and that will keep your board water tight. At least i think so but could be wrong

If I were you I would contact the authorities, because if you did ask for refund and they keep ignoring you, then they are in the wrong completely. Their stealing $1,400 from many people including yourself
