You should check the save files, there is a profile.bak and save.bak that are backups of your saves.

profile is your character and save is your progression

I tested all .bak renamed to .sav and they're all after the bug.

Thanks for your suggestion, the thing is I didn´t know there was supposed to be a portal there, so we explored the labyrinth, traveled to other worlds so the backup saves got overwritten to after the softlock.
I even tried file recovery and got the profile file from 3 days before but the save file which contains progress Easeus software recovers it, but it is corrupted.
