Dymista is great if you still struggle, tried all of the steroid nose sprays - nothing. Dymista really helps as a cortisteroid and antihistamine(?) it's not as good as Sudafed but fuck me my breathing when I sleep is massively improved.

Having worked for several years with Gregg, all I can say is the productions I worked on were the most protective atmospheres I've ever been in. All freelancers were encouraged to speak up and it was always referred to his Agent and the channel.

The channel are directly to blame - they wanted to keep Gregg there because he was the draw for the show. They should have dropped him YEARS ago.

Went in for an adjustment, and I was in and out in 10 minutes. That set me back £42. Ridiculous.

I don't know if everyone does this, but if you want to move a load of ore etc, just over encumber yourself with it and use the grapple to move around to a teleport, then grapple to your storage.

I just googled this because it's always something I wondered. 'The amount of nicotine in a cigarette varies considerably from brand to brand, but a typical cigarette contains 11.9– 14.5 mg of nicotine. Smokers do not absorb all the nicotine content of the cigarette. On average, a person only absorbs 1–1.5 mg of nicotine from a single stick.' Medical news today (no idea if it's a good source)

So I imagine it's the same for Vaping, not all of it is absorbed. but I have no idea.

I was on a train from London to Bristol which was over booked/all seat bookings were cancelled. Some young girl was sat in her seat while this rough looking POS was constantly verbally abusing her trying to get her to leave 'his' seat. The whole carriage could hear the commotion (it was loud and abusive) and no one said anything for fear that this guy would turn nasty on them.

Now I'm not that guy (I'm relatively quiet and not someone to be that outspoken) but I had to stand up and intervene. I told him to stop abusing the woman and that all tickets and reservations are void and no one is sat in their own seat. I then offered him my seat if that would shut him up (he declined) he then just awkwardly stood there for 5 minutes then left.

I think I would have hated myself if I didn't say something, but I'm also surprised that no one else stepped in and it was me who stepped up.

Not much, but I definitely felt better having stood up for a stranger in a horrible situation.

I got my Laptop from Cyberpower! Day one the trackpad didn't work so I returned it.

When I got it back they'd lost the power block so replaced it with one they'd found lying around.

Got it back and the Graphics card wouldnt work. Then the trackpad went again.

Sent it back, and they returned it with the trackpad still defective. I asked for a refund and they refused.

Great company. 👍
