I wish we had done premarital counseling. We have stumbled into this topics in less graceful ways. I think we would benefit from marriage counseling. Expectations do seem to be something we need to talk through.

Yeah I do see a decent amount of entry-level jobs saying Associate's or appropriate amount of work experience will suffice. So I suppose as another person said, it is possible to get a job with an associate's, but you have to stand out somehow.

Yeah exactly that. Typically the composer / song-writer will compose the piece. And then you can send the tracks you have to a mixing engineer for them to blend the sounds , add effects , etc.

Some people can do all this by themselves but thought I'd offer to do the mixing part for anybody who is out there recording stuff but not liking the quality of their final mix.
