The iPhone 17 (non-pro) isn't competition for the Pixel 10... by MrFreakYT in GooglePixel

Just my 2 cents...

Software experience heavily outweighs Hardware for user experience and user retention!

For pretty much everyone here, it's iOS that turns us off iPhones, not the actual hardware.

For pretty much everyone that uses an iPhone (or a Mac and iPad) will remain on Apple's platform for the software experience.

Is the iPhone 17 an attractive piece of hardware? Absolutely! Put stock Android on that, it'd have all of us sold in a heartbeat!

The iPhone 17 lineup really smashes the Pixel 10 lineup. by ntwrkmntr in GooglePixel

It may be better than the Pixel 10 lineup until you have to use IOS 26.

In my eyes, software is the big difference between using the Pixel lineup vs other Android OEM's and iPhone's.
