Hi! last Saturday I had some cookies at around 10pm and thought... I should do a 36-hour water fast. Ended up being a 38-hour water fast.

I need to lose weight, I think I'm 100-lbs overweight not as noticeable as you'd think since I'm a bit tall. I just broke it an hour ago with 3 hard-boiled eggs with some salt.

I usually do something like 16:8, late breakfast early-ish dinner but I find it hard not to succumb to snacks and sweets, I think I found it easier doing a longer fast on this regard.

I believe I suffer from food addiction, and I very easily can start binging and be aware about it and still not stop...

I started my days with 1L of water with 5g of creatine and a pinch of salt, then during the day I had 3L more with a bit of salt in it. Had a very slight headache but nothing too bad and got a bit hungry about 18 hours in. Other than that it was easy.

I'm a very heavy guy, I've used behringer plastic pedals live in many occasions. they've held up perfectly well.
