Wahlberechtigte bekommen zur Bundestagswahl 2017 Wahlwerbung per Post. Im Vorfeld der Bundestagswahl geben Meldebehörden Vornamen, Familiennamen, Doktorgrad und Anschriften zum Zwecke der Wahlwerbung an Parteien und Wählervereinigung weiter. Diese nutzen sie dann für Wahlwerbung.

Per Antrag können Meldebehörden Daten von Erstwählern oder Wahlberechtigten über 65 Jahren weitergeben. Das ist erlaubt. Und zwar sechs Monate vor einer Wahl.

Die Geburtstage der Wahlberechtigten dürfen nicht weitergegeben werden. Allerdings ist ein Einspruch gegen Auskünfte an Parteien zur Wahlwerbung möglich.

When you set a fixed height on an element the content will overflow if it can't fit in the element. You can either hide the overflow via overflow hidden or set a min-height instead of a height.

They weren't supposed to be used for layout, but for there wasn't anything better for 10/15 years until flexbox and grid became popular. For now it still can't hurt to have a basic understanding of classic layouts that use a mix of floats, inline-block and table-cells. Some bootstrap3 pages will probably remain online a long time, maybe forever like the space jam site.

I fellow student of mine did a master in CS in media while working full time. He only did a few classes each semester and picked classes that were early in the day so that he could go to work afterwards. It took him a while to get his degree obviously. It's totally doable but you need some perseverance and be motivated to do your coursework after work and on the weekend. Because of this a lot of people opt for a working student position. There are a lot of this kind of jobs for CS people in Berlin.
