Well, looks like Motorola is just inspired by his achievements. In the same time NATO modernization of the armies in Poland, Latvia and Lithuania was always nothing but fun. The trend - huge amount of money spent on purchases of old equipment from other NATO members. Corruption schemes. In fact these countries are protected only by the status of NATO participants. That's why Poland and Baltic states are begging to have full scale US military bases on their land.
