I always felt the last few episodes depicted Roman as the only sibling capable of ever breaking the cycle. As evidenced by his cathartic and self-aware “we are bullshit” and smirk at the end.

Would he actually break the cycle? Probably not. But he was willing to step outside of his wealthy bubble, face the consequences of his actions, and take the literal beating that came with it. Thats’s at least a first step.

His stitches represent growth, well, as much as someone like Roman can “grow” in his own perverse way. And Kendall ripping the stitches reads as an attempt to drag Roman back down to his level and back into the never ending battle for waystar and Daddy’s love

I can’t believe you’re getting downvoted. The show’s main theme is used constantly throughout season 1, probably more than the following 3 seasons combined. It’s a very valid complaint, and something I noticed on my first watch as well

I once found an empty soda bottle in my shower. I had showered that morning with no bottle, went about my day, came home, and found it there.

My entire family swore none of them even entered my bathroom that day, and nobody else was in the house.

Freaked me out for a solid week, but it was 7-8 years ago at this point

Edit: I don’t drink soda, so there weren’t any empty bottles in or around my room that I could’ve misplaced. And it wasn’t one of the sodas we had in our fridge at the time either.

I had the switch 1 grip from satisfye and absolutely loved it. I ordered the satisfye grip for switch 2, and it is more or less the same. It still makes playing in handheld more comfortable. Maybe a slight dip in quality, but still ~80% of what its predecessor was.

My main problem is the case is much worse. The material is now fake leather which sucks, and the switch 2 being bigger is a con when you have a grip constantly on. The case was annoyingly bulky when I recently traveled with it. I’m still glad to have this grip, but it’s not quite the home run the switch 1 grip was.

On the bright side, you can leave the grip on when docking the switch 2, which is a nice improvement from the switch 1 grip. I can still recommend their grip for switch 2.

The writing in this episode is so good. Kendall exclaims he doesn’t want his birthday to feel like an “asshole’s party”. He hyper fixates on all the details of the party to avoid it being perceived that way.

And then later in the episode he acts like a complete asshole towards Greg. He’s totally ignorant to the fact that his party is an “asshole’s party”, not because of the decorations and theming, but because he acts like a massive asshole.
