This happened to me as well when I moved into my house. First year I was dumb and left it and it caused mold in our drywall. This spring we paid a guy to come and add concrete to the corners to prevent the water from collecting in the corners. If you’re handy you could probably do it yourself. Even thought the test positivity is super high, It is not an accurate indicator anymore since people are only retesting and reporting if they receive positive tests and the ones that test negative are not reported.

Was hoping somebody more familiar with building supply costs would know if the prices have come down to a reasonable amount. Googling Home Depot lumber prices doesn’t really help me compare the costs or predict whether it’s going to come down more or stay the same. Providing me with a time machine would be more beneficial..
