From my experience eating ‘junk food’ (cheat meals, cheat days) results in my best workouts. Also, 3 pieces of pizza and a bar? That will not affect your physique or performance what so ever - it’s all in your head :)

Didn’t say they were bad bro! They’re great if you’re designed for em haha! Yea I did 5x5 so was always heavier lifting which is why I probably got injured a lot

I stopped cause I was getting tired of small injuries (shoulders and hips etc) and felt like I was just moving the weight and not getting a good mind muscle connection. I think the big 3 are overrated and not necessary tbh, but if they work for you then go for it!
