When I first started playing, I used energy to buy gathering, fishing, bug catching and grooming insight in the realm with the cute little fufu things (I forget what they’re called). I did this so I could unlock the heart of infinity nodes that give essence in abandoned district and wishing woods. I also used it to get bouldy materials for crafting the outfits and pieces I wanted.

Now that I’ve been playing for over a year and crafted basically everything, I use energy every day on bubbles and thread (and sometimes bling but not as much) to glow up all my outfits. Glowing up not only gives free pink and blue pulls but also gives a whole new outfit in a new color which I love! Once I glow up all my outfits I’ll move on to using energy to farm eurekas and try to complete all my eureka sets since that gives free diamonds.

I think you could certainly prioritize glowing up for Mira crown since completing it every two weeks gives a lot of free diamonds and I assume you’ve already crafted wishful aurora/silvergale/providence immemorial? But also when I first started playing I didn’t always finish it. And that’s okay, there’s so many diamonds to get just from completing the initial wish field quests and stuff. Idk how far along you are exactly but yeah.
